Amaya Gaming authorizes a memorandum of understanding with Bally Technologies
Amaya Gaming Group Incorporated, a gaming industry entertainment solutions supplier has introduced that its Ongame Network Limited subsidiary has authorized a memorandum of understanding with land-based and online casino games and solutions company Bally Technologies Incorporated.
The duo plans to combine the casino and poker offerings from Ongame Network into the iGaming platform provided by Bally Technologies to those in the growing United States online gaming market.
Business Development Vice-President for Amaya Gaming, Darcy Krogh said “We are delighted to add Bally Technologies as a partner in the United States market,”

The combination of Bally Technologies and Amaya Gaming should provide casino operators and their players the many benefits of a strong strategic alliance bringing state-of-the-art poker and casino content to the market.”
Amaya Gaming stated that Ongame’s solution, which includes 25 brands, is to serve as the preferred poker provider for Bally Technologies in the emerging US online gaming market.
A statement from Montreal-based Amaya Gaming read “The ability to integrate the poker platform and other iGaming content will provide land-based casino operators another best-in-class business-to-business offering and allow them to utilise world-class technology while maintaining control of their operations through a proven licensed gaming supplier.”
