2017 L.A. Poker Classic Coming to an End at Commerce Casino
The Commerce Casino located in Los Angeles has been the hottest place to be for the 2017 L.A. Poker Classic live tournament action since the very first day that it started. This amazing sixty event festival of poker started on the 13th of January and will continue all the way until the 1st of March, as some of the more exciting events within this series have been scheduled for the next few weeks.
The main highlight of this current week is the $1,100.00 buy in no limit hold’em event that has four starting days and comes complete with a million dollar guarantee which has begun on February 15, 2017.
The centerpiece of this amazing poker festival will start on Saturday February 25, 2017, which will be the $10,000.00 buy in World Poker Tour main event. This no limit hold’em game will continue to be played over the course of six days, ending with a televised final table on March 2nd, 2017 as they crown the new champion. In this event during the 2016 poker game there were a total of 515 players, as Dietrich Fast who is from Germany was crowned with the title and a total of $1,000,080.00 in winnings.
This year Commerce awarded the two $10,000.00 seats in the main event of the World Poker Tournament to Joey Pham which was on February 3rd, 2017 and Dan Heimiller on February 12th, 2017.
In addition to these two freerolls there is also a $30,000.00 which was added, that will award 3 additional seats as well as more cash prizes. The players with the top [points will be competing for these seats. With more points equaling to more starting chips at the gaming table.
