Winner of the PartyPoker Main Event is Maria Lampropulos

Winner of the PartyPokerLive Millions that was held at the Dusk Till Dawn for a grand total of £1,000,000 was Maria Lampropulos, and is in fact a historical feat.

After her huge win Maria stated that she felt as if she was in a very magical moment that she was just a little bit tired after playing at such a difficult final table, but she felt as if by the next day reality just may set in.  He opponent did not want to make a deal with her, he was in fact convinced that he would be the winner in the end.  Maybe he did not want to make a deal with her because she was a woman, but she just went on and played the game as she trusted her game.

This historical moment was cheered on by the female poker players that were in the Ladies Event.  Maria continued to state that she was very proud of that, it was a wonderful feeling having every woman there supporting her.  She felt so emotional as they all chanted for her.
