Huge Number Of Satellites Available For This Years WSOP Main Event

It is that time of year again when the poker fraternity from all around the world start heading to Las Vegas for the World Series of Poker (WSOP). Many people will have secured themselves a seat already, but if you are looking for a cheaper way to enter this years Main Event, look no further as we have all the details for you.

Live satellites are a great way to secure your seat and several well known US casinos have announced their schedules for this years Main Event, with Main Event seats available for as little as $75! The Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles is running a series of satellites throughout June, with buy-ins starting from as little as $75, with the main qualifying event being the $2,100 25 Seat Guaranteed which takes place on Wednesday 18th June.

Foxwoods Casino & Resort in Mashantucket, Connecticut are running a series of $150 Mega Super Step Satellites between Sunday 1st and Friday 6th June, and again between Sunday 8th and Sunday 15th June. Winners will gain entry into the $1,00 Step 2 Event where one in every 12 entries will guarantee a seat for this years Main Event in Las Vegas.

Harrahs Casino in New Orleans and the Horseshoe Casino in Bossier City are both running a series of re-buy events, with buy-ins ranging from $140 up to $250, and Harrahs Casino in Rincon, California is staging a $165 WSOP Big Ticket Event, all of which are affordable to the masses.

These are just a few of the casinos that are staging affordable live satellites for this years Main Event in Las Vegas, and coupled with the vast array of online satellites that are available then there is sure to be a suitable event out there that can save you some much needed cash ahead of this years World Series. The action gets underway three weeks today on Tuesday 27th May with the Casino Employees NL Hold’em Event, with the Main Event starting on Saturday 5th July with the first of three Day 1’s.
